Analysis of five major parts of rebar straightening machine

Rebar is one of the most frequently used auxiliary materials in the construction industry. In construction engineering, rebar will inevitably be straightened, bent, cut and other operations. 1. Rerouting part

It can realize automatic pay-off without hoisting, and it should be installed about 6-8 meters away from the front end of rebar straightening machine to ensure sufficient tension and length surplus during the steel straightening process.

2. Pre-adjustment part

Mainly rely on 5 sets of vertical straightening wheels to complete the stress relief processing of the wire supplied from the material rack so that the wire surface derusting part is equipped with a wire guide sleeve device, which is generally pre-adjusted for tightness and stress relief.

3. Straightening barrel part

Mainly rely on 5 sets of symmetrical curve straightening wheels and straightening cylinders to supply the wire completely under the action of the hyperbola to relieve stress and push the wire to run. The straightness of the wire can be adjusted at will by using the straightening wheel bracket to move the left and right wires forward and backward.

4. Traction and feeding part

There are mainly one set of active feeding box and passive feeding box. The sprocket and chain that drive the passive box are assembled behind the worm gear shaft of the active box to drive the passive box behind to complete the entire feeding work before and after straightening.

5. Cut off the part

The hydraulic pump station is mainly driven by a motor to generate hydraulic power, and the wire is cut during operation, and the momentary resistance when cutting off pushes the movable trolley forward to form a knife movement. When the piston rod drives the lower knife back to the position, the wire supply eliminates the resistance. At this time, the movable trolley is pulled back to the position by the wire rope under the action of the heavy mound, and returns to the initial standby state.
